You are not alone.

There is relief in sight.

Peace is waiting for you.

HELLO LOVELY!

I'm Kim

I Didn't Become a Coach because I had life all figured out.

I became a coach because I spent years searching for the support I needed. I became the coach I needed all along.

For most of my life, I looked like I had everything under control.
- I was strong.

- I was capable.

- I built a successful career.

- I raised three incredible children as a single mom.

- I was the person everyone could count on.

But underneath all of that, I was exhausted. I had become so focused on taking care of everyone else that somewhere along the way, I lost myself.

- I didn't know how to say no.

- I worried about disappointing people.

- I believed my value came from what I could do for everyone else.

From the outside, everything looked fine. Inside, I was running on empty.

Then one Christmas Day, everything caught up with me.

The presents had been opened. The turkey was in the oven. My children had gone to their dad's for the afternoon. I stepped into the shower, put on a new pair of pajamas, sat down in my chair...

...and I couldn't move.

For nearly four hours, I sat there frozen.

My body was completely still while my mind raced with everything I should be doing.

When my children returned, I got up and carried on as though nothing had happened.

That moment changed everything, I could not ignore myself any longer. I started searching for answers. I saw professionals. I tried different approaches. Some helped for a while, but nothing created the lasting change I was looking for.

Then I discovered something that finally made sense.

- It wasn't that I lacked motivation.

- It wasn't that I needed more discipline.

My body had spent years protecting me. The habits I had developed—people-pleasing, perfectionism, over-functioning, staying strong for everyone else—weren't personality flaws. They were ways my nervous system had learned to keep me safe.

Once I understood that, everything began to change. Not overnight.

Not through pushing harder. Gently. through awareness, making small changes and finally healing what I had been carrying for so many years.

Little by little, I found my voice again.

- I stopped apologizing for taking up space.

- I learned to set boundaries without guilt.

- I found joy again.

Most importantly, I began becoming who I had always been before life convinced me I had to be someone else.

That journey led me here.

You are not alone...

Today, as a Gentle Trauma Release Practitioner and Master Empowerment Coach, I help women who are tired of holding everything together finally put some of that weight down.

Women who feel exhausted.

Overwhelmed.

Irritated.

Disconnected from themselves.

Women who are ready to stop surviving and start living with greater calm, clarity and confidence.

My Approach

Everything I teach is built around four simple pillars.

Awareness

We begin by noticing the patterns, beliefs, emotions and reactions that have been quietly running your life.

Change

Together, we make small, gentle changes that help you respond differently and begin choosing yourself.

Healing

Using gentle trauma-release techniques and emotional healing practices, we begin releasing the emotional weight your body has been carrying.

Becoming

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming who you always were before the world told you who and what you had to be.

A Personal Invitation

If any part of my story feels familiar, I want you to know you're not alone.

You don't have to keep pushing through.

You don't have to keep carrying everything by yourself.

Healing doesn't have to be overwhelming.

It can be gentle.

And I'd be honoured to walk beside you as you find your way back to yourself.

Working with Kim, I had more results in three sessions with her than I had after 20 years of therapy. She dives in deep so easily and quickly. What a relief!

Some fun facts about me...

Why do I do what I do?

I love watching a woman regain her power, seeing the light come on when she realizes she deserves so much more!

My favorite quote:

"You had the power all along my dear."

Glinda the Good Witch of the West

I am a HUGE animal lover. Dogs, cats, anything with four legs!
(8+ legs, not so big on!)

For far too many years I was who I was "supposed" to be. I lost myself in everyone else's expectations. An Empowerment Coach saved me, showed me the way.

Allow me to do the same for you.

For a very long time I felt lost, I just did not fit in. I worked so hard to fit in but it was like I was a square peg and my life was a round hole. They just did not match up.

Myjourney through depression has given me a clear focus on what I need to do to honor myself and keep my depression in check.

Walking every day is a big part of my self-care routine!
