There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re healing.
There’s Nothing Wrong With You. You’re In Pain.
We women have suffered in silence for far too long.
For generations, we’ve been told to smile through it, toughen up, be grateful, be quiet. We’ve been taught to put everyone else first, to anticipate needs before they’re spoken, to keep the peace no matter what it costs us. We’ve been called emotional, dramatic, too much—or not enough.
We’ve been corrected, dismissed, ignored, belittled—sometimes outright, often in subtle, cutting ways that we carry with us for years.
And somewhere along the way, we began to believe the lie:
“There’s something wrong with me.”
But here’s the truth I want you to hear clearly, maybe for the first time:
There’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re in pain. You’ve been hurt. You’ve been shaped by experiences—sometimes traumatic, sometimes ongoing—that taught you to survive instead of thrive.
And your body? Your beautiful, wise, protective body?
It’s been holding all of it.
The Small “t” Traumas We Carry
Not all trauma is loud. Sometimes it’s the quiet kind—the kind that whispers:
“Be a good girl.”
“Don’t make waves.”
“Who do you think you are?”
“You’re too emotional.”
“Stop being so sensitive.”
These messages don't leave bruises you can see. But they linger in your nervous system, in your relationships, in the way you speak to yourself, in the way you hold your breath when you're afraid to take up space.
You start shrinking. You people-please. You say yes when you desperately want to say no.
You carry everyone’s emotional load.
You forget yourself.
You feel stuck.
You feel tired.
And you wonder why life feels so heavy.
This Is Not Your Fault
That survival mode? It wasn’t a flaw.
It was protection.
You learned to adapt to environments that didn’t support you.
You learned to make yourself smaller in rooms that didn’t feel safe.
You did what you had to do—and it got you this far.
But now? Now it’s time for something different.
It’s Time to Heal
Healing doesn’t mean you were broken.
Healing means coming back to who you really are underneath the pain.
That woman is still there.
She’s whole.
She’s wise.
She’s worthy.
She is you.
And you deserve more than just surviving your days. You deserve:
Joy in your mornings
Peace in your nervous system
Confidence in your choices
Love—not just from others, but from yourself
A life that feels free, vibrant, and truly yours
