I’m Kim, a Gentle Trauma Release Practitioner and Empowerment Coach and for women who are ready to stop carrying the weight of the past and start living fully.
My journey hasn’t been perfect — far from it. I was raised by a narcissist, played small my entire life and went through my own breakdown with depression. That struggle led me to Empowerment Coaching, but even then, it wasn’t enough. I kept taking three steps forward and two back… until I discovered trauma release work.
Now I see trauma everywhere — in chronic pain, in self-limiting beliefs, in the ways we show up in the world. And I’ve learned how to gently and powerfully release it.
There’s no other coach who combines the journey I’ve walked with the tools I’ve mastered — from trauma release protocols to Emotional Freedom Techniques, guided meditations, mindset work and identity work.
