It’s me — Kim!

I’m Kim, a Gentle Trauma Release Practitioner and Empowerment Coach and for women who are ready to stop carrying the weight of the past and start living fully.

My journey hasn’t been perfect — far from it. I was raised by a narcissist, played small my entire life and went through my own breakdown with depression. That struggle led me to Empowerment Coaching, but even then, it wasn’t enough. I kept taking three steps forward and two back… until I discovered trauma release work.
