Is this a diet?

No. This is trauma-informed coaching that addresses WHY you eat, not just WHAT you eat. We provide food guidelines, but no meal plans or calorie counting.

Will I lose weight?

Many women do release weight naturally as their nervous system heals and they stop emotional eating. But the transformation goes far beyond the scale — you'll gain energy, confidence, peace, and freedom in your body.

What if I don't think I have trauma?

Trauma isn't just "big T" events. It's also growing up in a home without emotional safety, being told to make yourself small, learning to put everyone else first, internalizing the message that your worth is tied to your appearance. If you turn to food when you're not hungry, there's something underneath worth exploring.

What if I can't make the live calls?
